This is an experimental free blog of the Bradford Place subdivision in Madison, Mississippi. It is common that construction projects are guaranteed by the installer for one year. Any deficiencies must be corrected without charge to the city. Apparently the city found that the asphalt overlay was too thin in places and the contractor was called on to correct them. Thanks to the city for good inspection, and thanks to the contractor for quick installation with minimum disruption.
