This is an experimental free blog of the Bradford Place subdivision in Madison, Mississippi. It is intended for the exchange of information regarding things that affect our subdivision, primarily those effecting property values. Your comments and suggestions are welcome. We are not associated with the Homeowners Association, but intend to cooperate in any way we can.

Can I get an email copy of the BP covenants. Thank you
karsyn92:
I need an email address. Covenants have not been completely typed for in electronic format for emailing yet. Maybe by the end of the three day weekend.
They are ready for faxing now, if you want them faxed, I will need a fax number.
Covenants can also be found at Madison County Chancery Clerk Office at the Court House in Canton. They are currently not available on-line according to this Chancery Clerk on-line site.
