Covenants

Copies of our Covenants are available without charge by email or fax. Just post a message requesting them and letting me know how I may get them to you.

I need an email address. Covenants have not been completely typed for in electronic format for emailing yet. Maybe by the end of the three day weekend.

They are ready for faxing now, if you want them faxed, I will need a fax number.

Covenants can also be found at Madison County Chancery Clerk Office at the Court House in Canton. They are currently not available on-line according to this Chancery Clerk on-line site.

Part 1 consists of lots 1 - 47.

Part 2A consists of lots 49-53 and 86-90.

Part 2B consists of lots 54-85.

Apparently there are 90 lots in Bradford Place.
