Bradford Place Homeowners Annual Meeting

Minutes of November 13, 2012 

Public meeting open house was held at 112 Greenbriar Drive per notice by mail.

Agenda:

Call to order at 7:00 PM by President Jeff Houston.

Officers also present:  Vice President/Secretary Hal Ellison and Treasurer David Shannon

Treasurer Report:

            Balance carried forward from 10/24/2011:  $73.86

            Dues collected during past year:  $3,392.93 from 55 households.

            Expenditures:  $2,544.04  (list of expenditures available to members upon request)

            Balance of funds in account:  $922.75

            Dues collected for new fiscal year to date at $60 per home:  22 (not included above)

Old Business:

            Outstanding issues:  None

            Bradford Place Subdivision continues to be published on the internet without cost as:

                        Bradfordplacemadison.blogspot.com

            Covenants can be found at:

New Business:

            David Shannon will be obtaining prices for summer lawn care at the Entrances.      

            There was a discussion about the Covenants expiring soon, and whether there should be any changes.  The general consensus was that since the City has satisfactory Zoning Ordinance requirements for our protection, so there is no need for changes now.

            Election of officers for the next year (December 1, 2012 through November 31, 2013) was discussed and the following officers were elected by acclamation:

                        President:  Jeff Houston

                        Vice President / Secretary:  Hal Ellison

                        Treasurer:  David Shannon

            There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
